OnePlus 16 flagship camera setup details confirmed officially
OnePlus 16 is confirmed to launch in China soon with Qualcomm’s newly announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. Ahead of the launch, the company has unveiled the full camera details of this flagship officially.
The Oneplus is will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will be led by a 200MP main sensor with a 1/1.4 inch size and an f/1.6 aperture. Alongside the main sensor, there will be a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 116-degree field of view. On the front, it will offer a 50MP selfie camera.
The OnePlus 16 will also use Oppo’s Lumo imaging engine. OnePlus has already shared several camera samples captured with the upcoming flagship.
The phone will be available in three color options and will feature a design similar to the OnePlus 15. It is also confirmed to support a system-wide 165Hz refresh rate. Recent rumors suggest that the OnePlus 16 could pack a large 9,000mAh battery. More official confirmation will be revealed soon, as the launch gets closer.
