Vivo X500’s camera details officially confirmed

Vivo X500 series trio X500, X500 Pro, and X500 Pro Max is going to launch in China this month. We already got major leaks about the series; most of them were about the Pro Duo. Now, the standard X500 camera details have been officially confirmed.

Vivo confirms that the Vivo X500 will feature a 50MP 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, as seen on the X300 Pro. It will also feature Zeiss gimbal-level stabilization and carry a CIPA 5.5 professional stabilization rating.

The main sensor will be joined by the same 64MP Sony LYT-610 telephoto sensor as the X500 Pro. The telephoto camera will also offer a CIPA 5.5 stabilization rating and support 4K 120fps slow-motion video recording. Vivo has also confirmed support for a 200mm teleconverter.

According to rumors, the Vivo X500 will feature a 50MP ultrawide camera. It is also expected to use a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000-series chipset and a 6.37-inch display.
