Vivo X300 E listed on China Telecom ahead of launch, key specs confirmed

The Vivo X300 E has surfaced on the China Telecom website ahead of its official launch next week, revealing almost all of its key specifications. The listing confirms the phone’s chipset, battery, camera setup, memory options, and color variants.

The listing reveals that the Vivo X300 E, carrying the model number V2612A, will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.

The smartphone will be available in three configurations: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. Up front, the Vivo X300 E features a 6.59-inch display, although the listing does not reveal its resolution or refresh rate.


For photography, the phone packs a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary camera, another 50MP sensor, and an 8MP camera. On the front, it features a 50MP selfie camera.
The listing also confirms a massive 7,200mAh battery. On the software side, the device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.

Additionally, the Vivo X300 E measures 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.99mm and weighs 203g. The smartphone will be available in Moonlight White, Sunlight Orange, and Midnight Black color options.
