Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s and Pad 6 Pro launch confirmed for March 30 in China

Vivo has officially confirmed a major launch event in China on March 30, where it will unveil three new flagship devices: the Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300S, and Vivo Pad 6 Pro. The upcoming lineup highlights Vivo’s continued focus on high-end performance, advanced camera systems, and large battery innovations.
Vivo X300 Ultra Camera Beast with Flagship Power
The Vivo X300 Ultra is the highlight of the event, with a heavy focus on camera innovation. It will reportedly feature a 200MP Sony LYT901 main sensor, accompanied by a 50MP LYT828 ultra-wide lens and a massive 200MP periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, users will get a 50MP front camera with autofocus.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and paired with ultra-fast UFS 4.1 storage. The phone is expected to pack a large ~7000mAh battery with fast wired and wireless charging support.
The X300 Ultra will include a premium 2K flat LTPO OLED panel. Additional highlights include USB 3.2 support, advanced Zeiss teleconverter capabilities, and dedicated camera controls for a professional photography experience. Vivo has also hinted at an India launch timeline, with an expected May launch.

Vivo X300s Powerful All-Round Flagship
The Vivo X300s is shaping up to be a performance-centric device with impressive hardware across the board. It is confirmed to feature the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. In addition, the phone has a massive 7,100mAh battery and 90W fast charging support.
On the camera front, the device packs a versatile triple-camera setup including a 200MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto shooter. The phone will sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat OLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate.
Vivo is also bringing premium hardware elements, such as the same custom 751440 vibration motor found in the Vivo X300 Pro. Additionally, there are symmetrical dual speakers, similar to those on the iQOO 15. Other features include IP69 certification for durability and USB 3.2 Gen 1 support.

Vivo Pad 6 Pro Flagship Tablet
Alongside the smartphones, Vivo will also introduce the Vivo Pad 6 Pro, expanding its tablet portfolio. The device is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This suggests top-tier performance aimed at productivity and entertainment users.
While full specifications are yet to be revealed, the Pad 6 Pro is expected to offer a premium design, a high-refresh-rate display, and support for accessories such as a stylus and a keyboard.

Launch date
All three devices, Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300S, and Vivo Pad 6 Pro, will officially debut in China on March 30, 2026. The Vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to launch in India later in May.
