Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G First look, Specs leaked with 8000mAh battery
Tecno is gearing up for the next addition to its Pova lineup. Early leaks confirm that the Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G is coming soon. The device appears to focus heavily on power efficiency and entertainment. It features a curved AMOLED display and a monster-sized battery.
According to sources, the Pova Curve 2 5G will sport a 6.78-inch curved-edge LTPS AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution. It also boasts a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, designed to deliver an immersive visual experience. Under the hood, it will reportedly debut with MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 7100 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Variants include 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB.
One of its standout features is the 8000mAh battery, supported by 45W fast charging. This could make it one of the longest-lasting smartphones in its segment. On the camera front, the device is tipped to include a 50MP + 2MP dual rear setup. The front houses a 13MP selfie camera.
The handset is also expected to run Android 16 with HiOS 16 and to include features such as an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and IP64 splash resistance.
