ফোনটা নেওয়ার পরে টাচ ডিসপ্লে কাজ করে না আবার করে। এবারেজে দশ বাড়ে আটবার কাজ করে। ওয়াইফাই সিগনাল লাফালাফি করে এবং পরিপূর্ণ কাজ করে না।কেয়ারে নেওয়া হয়েছিল তাতে ওয়াইফাই এর সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারেনি তারা বলতেছে "এই মডেল সেটের এটাই সিস্টেম'' আর টাচ ঠিক করে দিয়েছি" কিন্তু চেক করে দেখলাম কিছুই ঠিক হয়নি। জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম কাজ হয়নি আবার বলতেছে সেট রেখে যান আমি না রেখেই চলে এসেছি কারণ এর আগে আমার সেটটা তিন দিন রাখা হয়েছিল।
এখন কষ্ট হলেও এভাবেই চালাই।
