Redmi K70 Pro may feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
Qualcomm plans to unveil Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 at a tech summit in October. The new phones with this processor might be available as early as November. Xiaomi 14 series and Redmi will have phones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips.
Redmi K70 Pro may come with SDG3
Redmi released the Redmi K60 series in Dec 2022. It includes Redmi K60e, Redmi K60, and Redmi K60 Pro. These phones are powered by Dimensity 8200, Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips. The Redmi K70 series will have many phones. One of them might be the Redmi K70 Pro, the next version of the K60 Pro. It could have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, according to a tipster.
The K60 Pro was only in China. Not sure if K70 Pro will be available outside China. No details on the Redmi K70 series yet.
Reports reveal Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will have powerful cores: 1 x Cortex X4 (3.75GHz), 5 x Cortex-A720 (3.0GHz), and 2 x Cortex-A520 (2.0GHz). Geekbench and AnTuTu benchmarks show impressive scores: 2563 single-core, 7256 multi-core (Geekbench), and 1,771,106 (AnTuTu).
