Upon seeing the device, many people assumed that this was the next smaller model in line after the Pixel 6, but it did not take long to realize that this was a different device altogether.

It is almost too similar to mistaken for a copy of an older model by anyone who has even the smallest amount of experience with Google devices, but the differences hard to ignore when you see them up close.
With regards to this particular alleged design leak online, many have been wondering about its identity ever since it showed up online. The similarities between the alleged design and earlier leaked designs lead some people to believe that it could also be a prototype of Google’s upcoming release – the Pixel 7 Pro. However, nothing official has said to confirm these rumours just yet as Google typically keeps things under lock and key until they make an announcement later in the Fall months.
